DJ Guvna is London born to parents from Barbados, living in Atlanta and Punta Cana, bringing cosmopolitan music vibes to these areas. DJ Guvna spent his teen years as a Rasta, following the late Jah Shaka sound system in southeast London. He later converted to Christianity where he further developed his taste and talent for music. Becoming a bassist and vocalist, his musical grounding was shored up.
